Visible Agent is a done-for-you local SEO and AI visibility service for insurance agents, operated by Agent Autopilot. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You can reach us any time at vip@agentautopilot.com.
When you request a free Agent Visibility Score or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, agency name, city, email, phone, website, and Google Business Profile. When you use this site we also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral or campaign parameters (for example UTM tags) through cookies and similar technologies.
We use your information to generate your visibility report, deliver and improve our services, respond to your questions, measure and improve our marketing, and communicate with you about Visible Agent. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as analytics, hosting, and data sources used to build your report, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing vip@agentautopilot.com. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
